A delightful spot that offers both cozy ambiance, board games, live sports screening and fantastic food. With fresh ingredients and a mix of traditional and modern dishes, whether you're popping in for a casual coffee or settling in for a full meal, the service is always welcoming and attentive.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm atmosphere and great fusion food in Dubai!

I like trying home cooked food and I rarely eat outside. The few times i do i wanted to try out some home cooked feel. I was around JLT and restaurant near me directed me to THAT PLACE. What caught my attention is the name, then the menu, then their instagram. I couldn't wait to state their Naan Pizza and Frankie.....yum yum yum. I went back, had their signature Mutton Momos with Afghani sauce and Chapli Kebab, that tasted like a home cooked meal. Mutton Biriyani is the best in town✅. Not to mention the signature That Place Chai 😋.That Place Restaurant has become my first-stop for home cooked taste meals. To make it more addictive they are serving healthy food options (gluten free, organic, sugar-free, non-fat etc.)HIGHLY RECOMMENDED💯!!!!

🌶️🍜 Explore the Flavors of Indian Fusion at That Place! 🌏✨Every dish we tried was a symphony of spices and flavors that leave you craving for more. 🍛🔥The kids couldn’t get enough of the Maggi Noodles, while the Mushroom and Cheese Bun had us diving into a cheesy affair. The momo’s was a delicious delight, especially with the afghani lassoni sauce, Nasi and the Baos offered a one-of-a-kind Indian fusion taste and the Lotus brownie was an absolute wonder for our sweet tooth. 🍜🧀🍲🍰To complete this feast, sip on their special tea or indulge in the refreshing twist of smoothies & mock-tails. If you love tangy drink then Khus cooler is for you!We also enjoyed playing card games; they have a variety of options to choose from📍 @thatplacedxb , JLT clusters KWhat we tried 👇🔹Tadke wala maggie - AED 18 (10/10)🔹 Double masala Maggie - AED 16 (8/10)🔹 Kolhapuri chicken Nasi Goreng - AED 50 (7.5/10)🔹Lotus Brownie - AED 25 (8.5/10)🔹Chicken Momo AED 22 + Afghani Lasooni sauce AED 10 (8.5/10)🔹Paneer chili frankie - AED 25 (7.5/10)🔹Mushroom cheese golizone - AED 20 (8/10)🔹Chicken chatting bao - AED 35 (8/10)🔹Khus cooler - AED 20 (9/10)🔹Special tea - AED 10 (8/10)

GOOD NEWS for JLT residents. Our favorite restaurant That place is NOW OPEN in JLT, K Cluster.A place which serves everything from Maggi to Momos, Bun Maskta to Burgers and many more gluten dishes under one roof.Last week I was invited for the soft opening of the place in JLT and was amazed to see the spacious and well decorated interiors. Vibe is more like a Café with a modern set up, perfect for gatherings. We tried some sliders, finger bites and some sinful desserts. Most of the dishes were gluten free and healthyWorth a visit for every foodie since it caters from your Breakfast cravings to Dinner Cravings.

We were invited to a special food tasting at newly opened that place in JLT, Cluster K.As we already know that place is a huge success in Karama with its tasty and funky Indian and contemporary fusion food. They are creating the same magic in JLT now, and launching their vegan, Gluten free and healthy food too.We tried their signature bites food along with mouth watering drink and it was an evening to remember. The taste of the dishes was as usual vey authentic and presentation on point.I would definitely suggest going to That Place and give it a try if you have not done yet.
Very excited to have this restaurant opening in my cluster so popped down as soon as it opened...The food did not disappoint. The momos were the standout dish for me, with a choice of different sauces. I went for dynamite (of course) which was surprisingly fiery but crazy tasty. A tandoori chicken served on a naan bread was also good, super succulent with great flavours, and better than similar dishes I've had elsewhere. My only mini-moan was the menu which is overly complicated and difficult to navigate. I get that they're trying to do something different, which I like, but I personally think they need to focus the concept a little so it's easier to understand, order and enjoy. I'm sure that will come in time and I look forward to returning soon for more of those delicious momos.
